Below you’ll find our cancellation and refund policy for regular small group tours, private tours, and shore excursions, along with the most common questions we receive.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Regular Small Group Tours

If you need to cancel your tour, the following conditions apply:

Up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour:
No cancellation fee is charged, except for non-refundable credit card processing fees (typically 3%).

Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show:
100% of the tour fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Shore Group Tours

If you need to cancel your tour, the following conditions apply:

Up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour:
No cancellation fee is charged, except for non-refundable credit card processing fees (typically 3%).
Between 72 and 48 hours before the tour:
A 50% cancellation fee applies, plus any additional expenses (e.g., credit card charges, or cancellation fees from pre-booked transport services).
Less than 48 hours before the tour or no-show:
100% of the tour fee is non-refundable.

100% Money-Back Guarantee Applies When:

A client has booked a shore excursion with us and the cruise ship does not dock in Piraeus.
The city walking tour or shore excursion is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, minimum participation not met).

How Refunds Are Processed

All refund requests are reviewed and handled by our Financial Department. Refunds are processed once per week. In some cases, if payment or reservation details are unclear (e.g., name mismatch or missing reference), we may need to request additional information from the guest or bank. This may extend the process to a second week.
