Cancellation & Refund Policy for Regular Small Group Tours

If you need to cancel your tour, the following conditions apply:

• Up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour:
  No cancellation fee is charged, except for non-refundable credit card processing fees (typically 3%).
• Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show:
  100% of the tour fee is non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Private Tours

• Up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour:
  No cancellation fee is charged, except for non-refundable credit card processing fees (typically 3%).
• Between 72 and 24 hours before the tour:
  A 50% cancellation fee applies, plus any additional expenses (e.g., credit card charges, or cancellation fees from pre-booked transport services).
• Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show:
  100% of the tour fee is non-refundable

Partial refunds for private tours may be available in some cases. Please note that if the cancellation or reduction in the number of participants occurs after the booking has been confirmed, a 3% fee is retained to cover bank and credit card transaction costs. This is a standard, non-refundable expense charged by our payment providers and applies to all partial refunds.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Shore Group Tours

If you need to cancel your tour, the following conditions apply:

• Up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour:
  No cancellation fee is charged, except for non-refundable credit card processing fees (typically 3%).
• Between 72 and 48 hours before the tour:
  A 50% cancellation fee applies, plus any additional expenses (e.g., credit card charges, or cancellation fees from pre-booked transport services).
• Less than 48 hours before the tour or no-show:
  100% of the tour fee is non-refundable.

100% Money-Back Guarantee Applies When:

• A client has booked a shore excursion with us and the cruise ship does not dock in Piraeus.
• The city walking tour or shore excursion is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, minimum participation not met).

Cancellation & Refund Policy for One Day Cruise and Swimming Cruise

If you need to cancel your tour, the following conditions apply:

• Up to 30 days before the scheduled tour:
  No cancellation fee is charged, except for non-refundable credit card processing fees (typically 3%).
• Between 16 and 29 days before the tour:
  A 75% cancellation fee applies, plus any additional expenses (e.g., credit card charges, or cancellation fees from pre-booked transport services).
• Between 8 and 15 days before the tour:
  A 50% cancellation fee applies, plus any additional expenses (e.g., credit card charges, or cancellation fees from pre-booked transport services).
• Between 6 and 7 hours before the tour:
  A 25% cancellation fee applies, plus any additional expenses (e.g., credit card charges, or cancellation fees from pre-booked transport services).
• Less than 6 days before the tour or no-show:
  100% of the tour fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Catamaran Cruises (private or semi-private)

If you need to cancel your tour, the following conditions apply:

• Up to 5 days before the scheduled tour:
  No cancellation fee is charged, except for non-refundable credit card processing fees (typically 3%).
• Between 5 and 3 days before the tour:
  A 70% cancellation fee applies, plus any additional expenses (e.g., credit card charges, or cancellation fees from pre-booked transport services).
• Less than 3 days before the tour or no-show:
  100% of the tour fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Bus Tours (Cape Sounion, Argolis, Delphi)

If you need to cancel your tour, the following conditions apply:

• Up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour:
  No cancellation fee is charged, except for non-refundable credit card processing fees (typically 3%).
• Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show:
  100% of the tour fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Meteora Tours 

If you need to cancel your tour, the following conditions apply:

• Up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour:
  No cancellation fee is charged, except for non-refundable credit card processing fees (typically 3%).
• Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show:
  100% of the tour fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Due To Planes, Trains Or Automobile

• As stated above, we do not refund clients within 24 hours of a tour, and this includes customers who are late due to flight or train cancellations, delays or issues caused by traffic or congestion, etc. In such instances, a refund can only be requested and considered if supported by valid evidence and official documentation, along with updates from relevant authorities. However, it's important to note that the final decision regarding refunds for entrance tickets is solely determined by the Greek State.
