We enjoyed an excellent "highlights tour" through Athens Walking Tours in 2014. Based on that, we booked AGT40B (Acropolis & Parthenon... Extended Edition") for our return in 2024. The early start was worth the effort because we beat the crowds and heat. Niobe, our guide, was excellent. She was informative and easy to understand and walked at a manageable pace for the group of 15 to 20 people. She even knew a shady spot where we could get off our feet. It was particularly special to peer into the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, where we attended an outstanding concert the night before. Thanks again!
